Canadian hemp grower expanding into Colorado with line of CBD products

A Canadian company will expand into Colorado via a licensing agreement to put hemp-derived CBD products in Colorado dispensaries.

Friday Night, which owns a medical marijuana cultivator and CBD company in Las Vegas, announced that its subsidiary, Infused MFG, will contract with concentrate manufacturer Denver Dab Co.

Denver Dab will make CBD topicals, tinctures, supplements, vape pens and pet supplements for sale in Colorado. The products will be sold under the Canna Hemp label.

Financial terms of the 12-month licensing agreement were not released.

The deal calls for Denver Dab to license the products for sale in marijuana dispensaries, though Infused MFG will retain the right to license the CBD products in general retail stores.

Friday Night trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker symbol TGIF.
