CBD-infused products firm Endexx looks to go global with new joint venture

Arizona-based Edibles maker Endexx Corp. is poised to expand into several international markets through a joint venture with Jamaica-based Go Green Global Enterprises, the firm announced Monday.

Under the joint venture, Endexx will tap into Go Green Global’s distribution channels to sell its portfolio of CBD products in Canada, Europe, South and Central America and the Caribbean provinces.

Financial details of the joint venture were not disclosed.

Based in Cave Creek, Arizona, Endexx makes a host of hemp-derived CBD-infused supplements and edible products, including sleep aids, teas, oils and soft chews for humans and pets.

Go Green Global owns a nearly 50% stake in an international distribution company, according the news release.

“Given Go Green’s location, we can strategically manufacture and distribute from a … legalized country,” said Endexx CEO Todd Davis.

Endexx shares traded under the ticker EDXC on the Pink Current Information tier operated by the OTC Markets Group Inc. Shares were up 13 percent to 5 cents a share in mid-morning trading Monday.
