Bo Becker, former vice president of marketing for Boulder, Colorado-based Charlotte’s Web, has joined a California company that makes CBD and marijuana edibles.
Papa & Barkley announced this week that Becker will be charged with expanding brand recognition nationally.
Papa Barkley CEO Evelyn Wang talked up Becker’s experience marketing cannabis to new users.
“I’m confident in his ability to significantly scale the brand’s awareness and reach a broad base of consumers, including those who may not have previously considered a cannabis solution for wellness,” Wang said in a statement.
Based in Eureka, California, Papa & Barkley is best known for making THC edibles in its home state. The privately held company also makes hemp-derived CBD topicals, tinctures and capsules for national distribution.
