A Colorado hemp and CBD company with a special focus on tapping customers who golf has settled a distribution partnership with a large golf-club management and marketing company to expand the brand’s reach in the sector.
Functional Remedies has been courting the golf segment for some time, signing endorsement deals with current and former professionals and sponsoring a tournament on the PGA senior men’s golf tour.
Troon is a privately-held property management company with in 43 states. It runs more than 475 18-hole golf courses, as well as homeowner associations, private residence clubs and other hospitality venues.
The Synchronicity brand has become established among professional golfers, so the Troon partnership is a good fit for Functional Remedies, according to the company’s CEO Andrew Campbell. Synchronicity products carry full-spectrum hemp extracts but do not specifically mention CBD.
“We’re excited to offer (Synchronicity) to Troon’s patrons so they can experience the power of the plant,” Campbell said in a company statement.
