Farm equipment exec joins National Hemp Association board

New Holland North America vice president Brett Davis has been tapped to join the National Hemp Association’s board of directors.

Davis spoke over the weekend to NHA members at the group’s annual meeting and talked about plans to increase farm equipment and machinery designed for hemp at New Holland, an agriculture equipment maker owned by CNH Industrial of Turin, Italy.

New Holland’s U.S. operations are based in Pennsylvania.

Davis posted on LinkedIn that it was “great to join the NHA board and help promote the uses and opportunities for industrial hemp.”

He has been New Holland’s North America vice president since 2019.
