Florida warns consumers about hemp products from Oregon

Florida agriculture authorities are warning consumers that some hemp products from Oregon are showing up with “rocks, sticks, and other foreign material” and elevated THC levels.

The consumer alert issued earlier this month also warns that Oregon hemp products are turning up with bogus certificates of analysis.

The warning did not name specific products or instances of contamination, just that the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services received “several consumer complaints” about products from Oregon.

Marijuana Moment first reported the Florida warning.
