USDA’s 1st hemp surveys hitting mailboxes

The first hemp survey from the U.S. Department of Agriculture is in the mail.

The agency’s National Agricultural Statistics Service began sending its first-ever Hemp Acreage and Production Survey Monday. The survey is the first federal attempt to compile data on total planted and harvested hemp acreage as well as yield, production and crop value.
